Privacy Policy

Zambian Student Hub ("we", "us") operates zambiagpa.com and the Zambian Student Hub Android app. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form - if you message us, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. The form is processed by Formspree on our behalf.
- Payments - optional quiz and past-paper access is paid via mobile money or Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed by Lipila. For card checkout, we send the name, phone number, email address, and billing address you provide to Lipila. We receive the payment status; we never see or store your mobile-money PIN, card number, or card security code.
- Usage analytics - we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies, and Google Analytics (GA4), which uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site. Google Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
- GPA data - courses and grades you enter in a calculator are processed in your browser and are not sent to or stored on our servers.
- Results screenshots - if you choose to use the optional “Scan results” button, the image you upload is sent to Google’s Gemini service to be read, and the courses and grades it finds are returned to your browser. We do not store the image; we record only that a scan happened, so we can apply the limits attached to each pass. Please crop your name and student ID out of the picture before uploading - see the disclaimer. Scanning is entirely optional and every calculator works without it.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to remember things like your calculator entries and unlocked content on your own device. Our analytics partner (Google Analytics, above) may set cookies as described in its own policy.
How we use information
- To provide and improve the calculators, quizzes, and past-paper library.
- To process payments you initiate and unlock the content you paid for.
- To reply to messages you send us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Google Analytics (analytics), Formspree (contact form), Lipila (mobile-money and card payments), Google Fonts, and Google Gemini (reading the results screenshots you choose to scan).
Data retention and your rights
We keep payment records only as long as needed for support and legal purposes. You may ask us to access or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the contact form.
Children
Our services are intended for university students and are not directed at children under 13.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
